Every COLCHA HOME bedsheet set includes a flat bedsheet and matching pillowcases — the pillowcase count depends on size:

- Full, Queen, King, Super King & Super King Plus: 1 flat bedsheet, 1 long pillowcase, 2 short pillowcases

Delivery & Payment
Dispatch: within 1–2 business days.
Delivery after dispatch: Cairo & Giza 2–4 days.
Free delivery on orders over EGP 3,000. Below that, the delivery fee shown in your cart and at checkout applies.

Exchange & Return
You're welcome to inspect your order at delivery before accepting it. If it isn't right, you may refuse it at the door — you'll only owe the applicable delivery fee.
Once an order is accepted, we're unable to offer an exchange or return except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received. In either case, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional delivery cost.
